What You’ll Do:

Office Administration: Triage incoming phone calls and provide back office administrative support.

Support our Team: Help coordinate Client/Caregiver schedules, ensuring our caregivers can provide the best care possible.

Daily Organization: Handle essential office duties—answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and keeping things running smoothly.

Recruit the Best: Assist in the recruiting process, from phone screens to reference checks, making sure we bring in top talent.

Stay Compliant: Updating and maintaining caregiver and client documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Support Specialist (PSS) certification required.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Passion for helping seniors live independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle.
- Ability to pass a Driving Record and Background check.
- Part time to start.
$20-23 per hour
