What You’ll Do:
  • Support our Team: Help coordinate Client/Caregiver schedules, ensuring our caregivers can provide the best care possible.
  • Daily Organization: Handle essential office duties—answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and keeping things running smoothly.
  • Recruit the Best: Assist in the recruiting process, from phone screens to reference checks, making sure we bring in top talent.
  • Stay Compliant: Updating and maintaining caregiver and client documentation.
  • Make a Difference: Provide 1v1 caregiving services while building meaningful relationships with our clients.
  • Be On-Call: Occasionally step in for weekend and evening on-call duties to ensure our clients are always supported.
 
What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  •  Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Support Specialist (PSS) certification required.
  •  1-2 years of administrative experience.
  •  Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  •  Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  •  Passion for helping seniors live independently.
  •  Valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle.
  •  Ability to pass a Driving Record and Background check.
  •  Part time to start.
$20-22 per hour + On-Call Compensation
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
